PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed after confirmation.
Pre-order items are made to order and typically take up to 15 days to be produced before shipping.
SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY TIMES
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Estimated delivery times after your order is shipped :
Domestic orders : 2–5 business days
International orders : 5–15 business days
(These estimates may vary depending on the carrier and destination.)

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.
Beans is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
WRONG ADDRESS OR MISSING INFORMATION
Please make sure your shipping information is correct.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for
reshipping costs.
PRE-ORDERS
If your order contains a pre-order item, the entire order will ship once the pre-order period ends and the
item is ready.
Please note that pre-order deliveries take longer than regular orders, and we appreciate your patience !
RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
Sale items and custom orders cannot be returned.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED
To request a return, please contact us through our Contact page before sending anything back.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Once you contact us, we will provide the return address and instructions.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not provide prepaid return labels at this time.
LOSTS OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If an issue occurs, please contact the carrier directly.
However, you can also reach out to us — we will do our best to assist.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a confirmation.
If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
To request an exchange, please contact us through our Contact page before sending anything back.
Exchanges are only possible for the same item in a different size, depending on availability.
Exchanges for different products are not accepted — in that case, please request a return and place a new order.
The customer is responsible for the cost of sending the item back to us.
We cover the shipping cost of sending the new size to you.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we
will assist you promptly.
