PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed after payment confirmation.
- In-stock items are prepared and shipped within 2–4 business days.
- Pre-order items are made to order and require up to 15 business days for production before shipping.
Please note that processing time is different from shipping time.
PRE-ORDERS & MIXED ORDERS
Pre-order items are produced especially for you.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped once the pre-order item is ready.
If you wish to receive in-stock items earlier, we recommend placing two separate orders.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Estimated delivery times after your order has been shipped:
* Domestic orders: 2–5 business days
* International orders: 5–15 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination country.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.
Beans is not responsible for delays caused by customs or carriers.
WRONG ADDRESS OR MISSING INFORMATION
Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate and complete.
Beans is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
