SHIPPING
We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are prepared within 2–5 business days after confirmation. During busy periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Items available for pre-order are made especially for you. These pieces are shipped within a maximum of 3 weeks after the order is confirmed.
If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will be shipped once all items are ready.
SHIPPING TIMES
Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- France: 2–4 business days
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- International: 5–12 business days
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may be affected by customs delays or local postal services.
SHIPPING FEES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected delivery method.
TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
For international orders, customs fees or import duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope you love your Beans piece ! If for any reason it’s not quite right, we are here to help.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- unworn
- unwashed
- in perfect condition
- with all original tags attached
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
* Pre-order items (made to order)
* Custom or altered items
* Sale items
As pre-order pieces are produced especially for you, they are considered final sale.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED
Before sending anything back, you must contact us through our Contact page to request return authorization.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Once approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not provide prepaid return labels at this time.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
EXCHANGES (SIZE ONLY)
Exchanges are possible only for the same item in a different size, depending on availability.
If you wish to exchange for a different product, please request a return and place a new order.
The customer is responsible for the cost of sending the item back to us.
We cover the shipping cost of sending the new size to you.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will assist you promptly.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Beans is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If an issue occurs, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. However, you may also reach out to us and we will do our best to assist.
